Having a personal assistant, if it is possible, who can take care of filing and retrieving your documents in a just in time way can be a priceless aid to your time management. Having the ability to concentrate on one thing at any given time is a way to make sure you are getting the most out of your day. Whenever things go awry, you need to be able to choose what to address right away and what can wait for your current task to be finished. If you’re able to, schedule separate time for any discussions with personnel and have a clear policy that people can follow to know when you are available to speak with.
